Aria Beniz factory decided to bring its office from the industrial site to the city; i.e., from a production environment of industrial character to an atmosphere of stiff formality – an island of the factory on the 13th floor of a tower.

Identity
The elements of the interior design are fabricated from the materials and components used in the cooling tower factory products: water, Fiberglass panels, splash grid fills, metal structures, and components of installations.

Work Culture
The plan is aimed to promote team work, passion for production, group centeredness, criticism of management hierarchy, and a space designed to be a work café.

Readability
For more readability, movement and event spaces are blue themed, while the centralized work space is white themed.

In 90 work days, five offices were destroyed and combined to bring this project to life on a 750 m2 floor area. Due to the difficulty of lifting materials to the 13th floor of the tower, the least possible amount of masonry materials was used in the reconstruction. The offices were destroyed down to the building skeleton and the installations were replaced. The factory might open more offices on other floors of the tower in the future.
