By increasing the rate of building in agricultural lands in north part of IRAN and changing them to villa complexes, the land prices and unfortunately the density of buildings has increased till they are not variable from city lands and buildings.
Having 35 villas-not appartment units- in a 8250 m2 land became the main question of the project for us.
defining a neighborhood in a villa complex , unit composition in a level and also vertically in a way that not only make them a vast context for making different views and relations with the nature around but also dragging small pieces of nature inside and making the experiences of perceiving the nature flow to part parts of the neighborhood.

In order to achieve the former quality, we defined the pavement one level above the ground level to have the view of Caspian sea in the whole pathway while decreasing the project height.
In that way a collection of yards in different levels in composition with diverse accesses of villas and a chain of open, semi open and closed spaces make a range of neighborhood spaces, common spaces and private zones.
In designing the unites it is attempted to make a prototype of temporary dwelling with differing from the residential patterns.
