The Montreal House-Apartment is situated in the Santa Zutika neighborhood. It consists of two duplex apartments and a gallery. Each apartment has its own entrance from the ground floor passage and gallery.
Both apartments are next to each other, with a gallery in between for displaying artworks. Although the apartments are small, they have various well-defined spaces that flow together from the entrance to the courtyard roof, giving the feeling of being in a home.
